The Basic Urn Vault - Granite Gray offers secure protection of a cremation urn that is intended for ground burial. Many cemeteries require the use of an urn vault to protect the urn inside from the elements as well as from possible damage from heavy cemetery equipment. While an affordable choice, you can be confident that the Basic Urn Vault - Granite Gray is strong and well-constructed for cemetery use.
 
The Basic Urn Vault - Granite Gray is made of a durable plastic that is impervious to moisture and withstands heavy top load pressure. The color is light gray with darker gray speckles -- creating a granite look. The vault will not corrode or deteriorate. Made in the USA.
 
The lid of the vault has gentle ridges for an appealing design element. The lid sits on top of the base. A water-tight adhesive is provided to seal the lid and the base together once the cremation urn has been placed inside.
 
The Basic Urn Vault - Granite Gray is meant to hold a single urn for ashes made of any material. This urn vault is large enough to serve as a double vault with some cremation urns. For example, it can hold two Bellstar Bronze Niche Urns.
