Journey Biodegradable Urn - Navy Blue

The Journey Biodegradable Urn - Navy Blue is an urn designed to be set adrift at sea. This urn -- which will hold the ashes of an adult -- has a nautical style with its dark blue color and white closure band. A family member can place this urn on the water from a boat. Then the urn will float briefly, sink, and break down naturally over time.

This memorial product is constructed from recycled cardboard and organic paper derived from the bark of the mulberry tree. Using a sustainable system, the bark is harvested while allowing the tree to continue to grow and thrive. No trees are cut down to produce this urn.

When the urn is saturated with water, it will biodegrade -- releasing the ashes into the ocean or lake. The paper is crafted by hand, and the small amount of adhesive used is non-toxic.
