Description
The Mountain View Keepsake Urn is a mini urn for ashes often chosen to honor someone who liked the outdoors, hiking, or national parks. This small urn shows a grand mountain range towering over a beautiful lake fringed with evergreen trees. The mountain image wraps around the entire urn. The Mountain View Keepsake Urn--with its inspiring mountain design--can be kept as a nearby reminder of your loved one.
 
The Mountain View Keepsake Urn is made of aluminum. Aluminum is a strong yet lightweight metal that is a good choice for a memorial. Once the mountain image is applied to this keepsake urn, it is given a clearcoat finish to protect the design and the urn. The small lid is threaded to close securely after you've placed a small amount of ashes inside (a few tablespoons).
 
Keepsake urns hold a small amount of ashes. You can keep them at home on a table, bookcase, or shelf. Some people use keepsake urns to transport a portion of ashes to a special place for scattering. With their small size, keepsake urns can be tucked in a bag or tote for transporting them discreetly.
