Description
The Pear Blossom Cloisonne Extra Small Urn is chosen by families due to its pretty floral design with creamy white flowers and buds against a pale green backdrop. Copper gilding around the flowers and in the overall design catches the light as you turn this urn. As an extra small urn, it may be placed on table, shelf, or mantel in remembrance of a loved one.

Cloisonne techniques are used to craft this urn. Cloisonne is a metalworking art form invented by the French and perfected by the Chinese. Made from brass, copper, and colored enamel, this cloisonne urn is enameled, then fired in a kiln, and gilded by hand.
 
As an extra small urn, the Pear Blossom Cloisonne Extra Small Urn is appropriate for holding a portion of ashes (approximately four cups or less). The lid on this urn is "sit on top" and does not screw closed. It can be sealed with adhesive if desired.
